Clarity. Alignment. Momentum.

How we work

An engagement with Momentup runs as a repeatable path: from first look at the live work through to owners who can run it without us. Commercial shape (discovery, SOW or retainer) sits on Engage.

Implementation path

Six to seven steps from evidence to handback. Same spine every time; depth scales to the slice of work.

Start: listenOwners run it
  1. Listen and map

Constraints and blockers from live work evidence, not a pre-picked framework.

Sit with people doing the work; pull boards, forums and aging WIP.

  2. Agree outcomes

Success measures and decision rights named before billable work ramps.

Who decides what, and what done looks like for this slice.

  3. Shape engagement

Discovery, fixed SOW or retainer chosen with accountabilities and review points in writing.

Bands/SOW on Engage; no calendar promises.

  4. Design the system

Boards, forums, flow and owners live in their tools (Jira, Confluence, Teams), not a parallel slide layer.

System of work they already open on Monday.

  5. First deliverable

A working increment or operating rhythm is live and reviewable, not a plan pack.

  6. Inspect and adapt

Progress reviewed against agreed outcomes; scope changes in writing.

    Adjust from evidence, not optics.

  7. Embed and hand back

Named owners, short playbook, rhythm they run without us.

    Handover scheduled, not implied.
